Archier is leading the Townhouse component of this large scale Joint Venture project between Hayball and Archier for Development Victoria.
LUMA is a landmark residential initiative reimagining urban living at scale, delivering a new model for contemporary community design on a large suburban site.
The project explores robust planning and thoughtful sequencing to support a diverse neighbourhood fabric — one that is adaptable, human-scaled, and deeply connected to Sunshine North's evolving urban context. Our approach balances varied housing typologies, intelligent orientation, and a considered material language that responds to both place and future climate.
From early visioning through detailed design coordination, our role extends beyond façade articulation: we've prioritised liveability, constructability, and long-term value, while aligning with Development Victoria's strategic objectives for quality, affordability, and community outcomes.
LUMA embodies an architecture that is purposeful, enduring, and people-centred — setting a precedent for large-scale townhouse delivery in Victoria's growth corridors.
